Once again, our Infant Nativity performed by Reception, Year One and Year Two was a huge success! The children performed like professional actors, speaking very clearly, singing beautifully and remembering their cues. We were all so proud of them; There wasn’t a dry eye in the house!
We would like to offer a huge, “Thank you” to all the parents who so kindly organised such fantastic costumes for the children.
Year Three have been learning about Japan. As part of this topic, the children all tried sushi. Most of them liked it! They decided to make their own sushi which, it was discovered, was actually quite tricky!
During their work on the Stone Age and Iron Age, Year Three spent a day with John, a historian who taught the children all about archaeology. They had great fun looking at historical artefacts and designing their own Iron Age coins.
